2016 - had water damage and used this company for water damage cleanup and repair. At the time we had walls removed, decided to have them turn our half bathroom into a full bath by adding a shower. Fast forward to 2022 - major plumbing issue all stemming back to the plumbing work completed by Pinnacle. They had our shower drain into the laundry washer drain and created several gullies that resulted in standing water and seepage under the house! OMGOODNESS...I am still dealing with the mess they caused back in 2007-2009!! Worst company ever & NOT trustworthy at ALL!! After their lawyers attacked me, I filed a complaint with the ROC...i had 300+ items if concern & won against them on 95% of entire complaint!!
Extremely unprofessional. The staff was not knowledge at all, but they were rude and very unsympathetic. Didn't even want to give it 1 star!
