I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which our community was managed by Pinnacle Resource Group. Not only was it managed poorly (including but not limited to management authorizing repairs, approving owner request that were actually Architectural Request as well as other request) all without HOA Board permission. This company represents fraudulent accounting practices.Refuses to comply with bylaws and has no respect for homeowners. Constant threat to send account to collections without justification.THINK before using this company
They get things done! I highly recommend Pinnacle for its property management services! I have lived in neighborhoods with HOAs for 3 decades and have never seen more professional services and the ability to get issues addressed quickly than Pinnacle provides. I was sad to see that someone behind on their dues left a negative review that simply is not true for a neighborhood where I am an owner and that is managed by Pinnacle
