As a new patient, was given an appointment for 2:30 pm. I called to confirm the appointment time TWICE. Then received phone call from them just as I was about to leave the house that I had "missed my appointment that was at 2 pm". Cannot recommend this facility and will find another physical therapy practice that keeps it's word.

The physical therapy that I received at Pinnacle on Third Avenue in Kingston was outstanding! I want to thank Kevin and his staff with everything that was done for me. I highly recommend Pinnacle for physical therapy.
Had a lower back problem for two years that Kevin fixed, never to return.
Patients have nothing but the best to say about Kevin and his staff. NEVER had a patient not happy with the treatment provided. honestly can't say anything but that the best care is provided by them.
