My “loved one” went in for alcohol addiction. And came out OBESE with an eating “disorder” , new PTSD trauma disorder and additional Rx med dependency. I would NOT recommend this facility. My “loved one” had no less than THREE counselors in “their” 90 day stay. What a complete farce. No interest in true recovery. Only the dollars provided. So dissatisfied with this journey here. I entered Pinnacle at an all-time low in my life. I left 30 days later with my self esteem restored and tools to remain sober. I made friends for life. The therapists feel invested and want to be there. Pinnacles greatest pro is the small bed count.

I was a resident there for 67 days and found this place remarkable. All the staff was amazing, but some I would like to make mention of Mary Kay was the first one that I had contact with she helped me make a smooth transition. And some honorable mentions for those who went above and beyond. Thank you!
