We had a very poor experience working with Pinnacle. The images they delivered were not standard real estate photos. They were heavily altered, AI-generated renderings that materially changed the appearance of the property. Lighting, colors, finishes, and spatial proportions were all distorted. *Examples Attached Below* We hired Pinnacle and paid for their Luxury Package to photograph our multifamily property. Prior to the shoot, we communicated that exterior photos would need to be completed at a later date due to ongoing projects, and we agreed to pay an additional fee for a return visit. Unfortunately, the interior photos appeared to be heavily edited using AI, resulting in significant inaccuracies. We hired Pinnacle to shoot three commercial properties, along with aerials and video. The team was responsive and the quality was great. Enough so that we quickly hired them for another property immediately after. Will not be the last time we work together.
