If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. I no longer rent from Pinnacle, as I decided to find an A+rated BBB accredited property management company to rent from from after I had such an awful experience. In the 2+ years that I rented from Pinnacle, there were numerous issues with safety and security of the building that were never addressed by Pinnacle. I live in a building managed by pinnacle and at this moment and many times prior to this, in the year-and-a-half I've lived in this building the washing or drying machines have been broken, sometimes for over a week and the management company does not respond in any sort of timely manner to emails written by tenants about this they simply leave them unfixed for periods of time. I do not recommend renting from this company under any circumstances.

Pinnacle has made contact with the tenant to gather more information. It turns out the laundry machines are managed by a third party who had been engaged to repair them. They were unsuccessful in doing so in the timeframe agreed upon, however they have since been dispatched again to address this issue. Tenant is aware and we will follow up directly once machines have been repaired, as we will with all tenants.
