They come up with every excuse in the book and will drag you out for months before even reviewing your claim. They have 15 different people call you, all with different story’s about how it’s your fault. Stay far away from these scam artists.
Advertise a money back guarantee that they will not honor. The worst thing about them is the cost vs coverage. Also I spoke with the owner directly because I had a bad experience with the salesman who sold me the warranty and the owner blamed me for the salesman lying and went as far as to accuse me of committing fraud. I highly recommend you stay far away from pinnacle plans. Stick with ASC or Hoosier Auto if at all possible.
Updated Review: After having a hard time getting this transferred to the new owner I posted a negative review. I was immediately followed up with by Anthony from Pinnacle. He was able to assist with getting this coverage transferred and there is no longer an issue. Thank you Anthony!
Over the past seven years I have used the Pinnacle Premier Protection on the CanAm Spyder, CanAm Outlander XMR and SeaDoo and would recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't use anyone else.
