Very Unprofessional service, specially when it comes to financial responsibilities and customer service. Shawn Smith, one of their associates is such a big liar and phony person for professional business. They double charged me for their home inspection service and never refunded anything. Every time I contacted them to request a refund, they had a different story to tell me until the point, they simply ignored me completely.
