They used to be great. Now not so much. This is the 3rd week I’ve been calling to try and get my tank filled and no one has shown up. I’m now extremely low and we are going in to a winter storm. If you have a choice I would NOT choose pinnacle ever again. Poor poor POOR customer service.
I called at 448pm and was on hold till 456 pm. I get if they are getting ready to close but that’s why you have a slot on the web info for hours. Or even put it as an option on the call line. If there was a way to rate it as zero stars I would.
