Hard to get them on the phone. They never answer. And then when they do, they never show up three weeks later, is still not here.
We have been with Pinnacle propane (previously Cleburne propane in Granbury) for years and thought we were on a regular top off schedule but Saturday morning we woke to find we were out of propane. I called and left messages but got no response, apparently they have no one on stand by to answer off hour calls. After not hearing from them on Monday morning we called them at 9:30 and was told that it was too late to get a delivery today because they had already made up their schedule for the day and would try to get us on the ... read more
My wife stopped by with several empty tanks, was helped by a virile young man who said his name was Brad. He promptly filled her up with gas while keeping my her and her girlfriends highly entertained with interesting anecdotes. What a treasure he is for Cleburne Propane!
