I haven't even met them yet and I'm already not impressed. Paid for propane delivery to be delivered on a Monday. Never showed. Didn't bother to call. Husband called to see what time they'd be out and they hung up on him. We took off work for this. It's in the teens at night. 55 in my house. I'm forkin cold.
This company bought out our small propane company promised nothing would change. Hired the employees, within a week shut down the office in town and had to call a place 60 miles away. The lady that answered was rude, told me I would have gas delivered 2 weeks at soonest. Driver came out, backed into my $2000 electric gates across my driveway, company refused to pay for damages. I was sure glad to see many others had changed companies. I do not like Pinnacle Propane. And many others feel the same.
There is no one working in their Holden MO office these days!
