I got 2 20lb cylinders filled and he shorted each one . He tared the scale out and stopped gas before it registered on the indicator. They will say they are giving you 20 but it's 15 just like everywhere else. I checked on my scale at home and had 9lbs shy of 40.

Sitting here with my 3 year old freezing because they "Can't deliver to me for 7-10 days" but delivered to my neighbors the day after I put my order in. My tank was 10ft from my neighbors but they couldn't fill me up?
I have a friend who has been waiting for Propane to be delivered since a little before February 7th and still hasn't received propane. She has medical issues and her father is elderly and they have been freezing for at least 2 weeks. If this doesn't get resolved I will call the news myself to shed light on this situation. How can a company be so heartless?
