Awful response to even get service. I would hate to see how it is once you are committed to this company. Disorganized is putting it politely!
Just had to get a new furnace installed. Found out the regulator on the propane tank needed to be replaced. Called Pinnacle and was told 8-10 weeks. Upset me very much. The next day Brian from the Texas office called me and told me I had been misinformed and would send someone that day. Technician showed up when he said he would be there and got it fixed. Thank you Brian
So 6 months ago we called to get a propane tank removed because it was not used enough to keep. Pinnacle shows up and takes the tank on our main property and leaves the tank we had asked to be removed, so we call and they literally do nothing to alleviate the situation and left us stranded with no propane. I would not only not recommend this company but they should not be in business any more....truly the worst company in the world.
Worst company to deal with!!! They ran us out of propane last year 2023 three times, which resulted in freezing up our home!!! They made promises it would never happened again, here we sit January of 2024 and have called four times to get my tank refilled and still have not got it done!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! I’m currently looking to switching!!
We have got nothing but wrong information from everyone we have talked to I don't think there is a home office We have only ordered from them twice and the first time we ran out of gas waiting for them over 14 days. Then we prepaid them 700 dollars and after 8 days I called and called the dri er and the supervisor at eldon came out screaming in my face because it was estimated by his company that we had 7 percent (we are at 16) he slammed out tank and came to my door yelling at me that I'm a lier and then he left without giv... read more
