We changed providers in October of 2025. Our new provider, MFA oil, came right out and change the tank. Pinnacles tank has been sitting in my yard since mid-october. I have called and called and just get the typical Pinnacle run around. They said because it was winter that they wouldn't be able to pick it up until spring. Now that it's spring, late spring, I'm being told that they're aware of it. They won't give me a time that they're going to pick it up. Had a couple communication problems ordering propane for my residential tank. Somehow my order wasn't communicated to my local Pinnacle supplier. I contacted Pinnacle's corporate office in Irving Texas and left a message. Before nine AM the next morning I received two separate phone calls from Pinnacle's corporate office from two separate gentleman wanting to help fix the problem. A day later I had propane delivered. I have been on residential propane for 10 years. Prior to Pinnacle purchasing my original supplier, I had no issues. Post purchase it has been a complete disaster - combination of what you see in the poor reviews, none of what you see in the positive reviews. Current state - I have been requesting a refill for two weeks with no response. I am now in the red and close to empty. I was able to reach a representative who quoted a 10-day delivery.
