After my late husband's passing, I had the daunting task of getting everything switched over to my name. Pinnacle Propane was one of many accounts. I was blessed to be connected with Carlos. He was very compassionate about what I was going through and he helped me make the process of switching the account to my name very easy. It's always a blessing to have someone to help carry you through the rough times.
Update! see updated review at bottom!!! The worst company and service EVER!! I have been calling for the last 2.5 months to get someone out here to fix our tank, which has slipped off the blocks, and keep getting told that a work order has been put in. On top of that, we are supposed to be on auto-fill. I called a week and a half ago, asking again when someone would be coming out to fix the tank, as it is now entirely off the blocks, and when they were planning to fill it, as I'm at 30% and was about to get a really bad cold... read more
