Do not use this company. Customer service reps are so rude and disrespectful. Prices are more than anyone else. We changed to MFA last month - 40 cents cheaper! They changed out tanks, set pinnacle's in our yard, now Pinnacle says that can't pick it up until spring! Just one of the many reasons we changed. Run away from this company Update June 11, 9 months after we changed companies, the FINALLY picked up the tank today. I will say it again, don't use this company! You will regret it!

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They do not keep the time frames given, nor do they call back when they say they will. So here I am today, again, on hold..
I’m at a loss on how this business could be ran worse. It’s almost like they are trying to fail. I would be embarrassed to work there. I feel real sympathy for their employees and current customers. Was a customer for years and never will I be again.
