Krystal was very helpful and sent Josh the technician out immediately, with in 30 mins. Josh was very informative and took time to explain the situation and all of our questions. Thank you Pinnacle for saving us from the previous propane company. 100 percent better customer service with Pinnacle, Krystal and Josh.
Pinnacle makes it easy to order propane. The customer support representative Brandy, was pleasant, very helpful and offered several plans to save money. The whole transaction took about 5 minutes.
These guys are awesome. I’ve been with them for several years so when I was building a new house and needed a new tank, I gave them a call. But I had waited until the last minute and really needed it done fast so that I could get my final inspection done. I called and talked to the dispatch and she was very helpful.
