A very poorly run business. Never respond to messages left. Never return your caller-in-line and they never answer their phones, rings and then get disconnected. The emails never direct you to the correct link they advertise their promotions to. The Answer service, doesn't deliver the messages or Pinnacle doesn't care to respond to them. Lied about scheduling a fill date (refused to give us the actual date), would only say 5 to 7 business days, but after pushing, rep finally admitted it WAS actually scheduled for Dec 5th. Garbage scheduling. Garbage service. Zero empathy or apology, rep didn't seem to give a shit either way. Pushed back when we asked for a refund because we expect it sooner than 10 days. I was being charged about 30% more per gallon (then Scotty’s propane that I switched too) and had my yearly payment on a 30 year old tank go up because of inflation last year. What a joke. I cancelled in October they owe me around $500 for propane that was in the tank when they collected it. I have called every month for the last 6 months about this money I am owed, and am assured the money is coming back on my card and through the mail and I still haven’t seen a dime. Absolutely a terribly run business.
After confirming service over the phone, I never received service. I called again just to be told they didn't know what happened. Finally, the delivery man called to arrange a time. I would have to miss a day of work. The person only wanted to deliver midday. He WOULD NOT come later in the day with a very ugly attitude. I had been waiting 5 weeks at this time.
Pinnacle propane driver needs to slow down on my private dirt road. I'm sure my safety is a concern, hah!
