Amy D was a rock star during the winter storm. She took great care of us and made sure we stayed in business by getting us refilled on timely basis. Sometimes getting trucks to us multiple times a day!
We have been a longtime customer going back 20+ years when the company was Henderson Oil as they serviced the Argyle area. During the Henderson Oil years the service was always great with 2-3 day deliveries on our 500 gallon tank. Now they are owned by Pinnacle Propane. Pinnacle Propane is apparently into PRICE GOUGING as we were UP CHARGED for our last delivery this past Sunday( 02/01) $.70 per gallon more than from our Dec 2, 2025 delivery. A long one but the truth needs to be heard. Customer is a prepaid customer with over 1000 gallons prepaid on their account. Previously when calling to order in December of 2025 customer was notified she could not request propane until it’s under 30%. Fast forward to Monday 1/19/26 customer is below 30% calls and schedule fill up before winter storms that weekend.
