Carlos Garcia was fantastic, my contract had expired but we was still able to pull up my account and get a propane delivery sent out to my residence!
Carlos was very helpful in getting my first delivery set up and arranging for inspection at the tank. I would have given a five star rating to Pinnacle but after leaving a voice message two days ago and a email message two days ago with no follow up. I was very disappointed. After finally speaking to a live representative, the process went smoothly.
