Pinnacle needs better ideas for customer service . I've been trying for almost 3 weeks to order propane and was told my account was deactivated . Finally got to talk with Brenda in the Carlsbad office and she got everything straightened out right away . The other 3 I talked to said they would get on it and call me back and never did . If they were all as good and helpful as Brenda things would be great .
This place is an absolute joke. When you call you're on hold for 15 plus minutes every time. Leave your number for a call back and they don't ever call you back. Worst customer service I have ever been involved with. I wouldn't even leave 1 star but you have to unfortunately.
I have called for 2 weeks, 2 WEEKS!! To just get a call back from the Midland area, as to when I can have a delivery. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK! Now, I am out of propane and I bet they are going to charge extra for a damn pressure test.. I can’t use my stove until I get more propane. With 3 kids, I dislike the call centers very much!!
Slow to respond to customer needs. Shows serious lack of quality leadership. Unfortunately this is a common trait among new Mexico schools ,businesses and government
