So far this company has been very unprofessional with my parents! I have a father who is disabled and a mother who works hard! These employees have been rude to her to the point of tears! They had my mother and father waiting all day yesterday to deliver the propane and never showed up! At one point my parents went without hot water because they wouldn't deliver on time!
Antonio answered my call and helped me out, even though I was kinda sad emotional. If I could rate Antonio's customer service 10 stars I would. Thank u for helping me today!
Pinnacle has improved a lot in the last two years. Deliveries are timely and service has improved greatly.
Just ordered Propane from Ashley at Pinnacle Propane in Clovis, New Mexico. Not only did we get a great price but the service is excellent. Price is Not Everything, we need to deal with Good People and Organizations or we will not have them around. Honesty, Integrity, and Service are just as important. Ashley did not meet a better Price that we had but helped us with a Maintenance issue arranging a Service Call, Checked on the Best Price we could qualify for and Sold her Company on the merits.
