I highly don't recommend! It's damn near impossible to get deliveries and when you call about a delivery they are very rude.
Can not get anyone on the phone, never was given an account number to use the website in the first place and we are running out of propane. We can't even cancel the service because we can't contact anyone. Reviews are not wrong this company is horrific and does not care about its customers at all. Update: DM you how?
The idiot here insists my 30 lbs tank be in my trunk. I’m driving a crossover SUV! NO TRUNK! I would strongly suggest using ANY other business, than this one!
Used to be the best. NOW, you have to have a credit check to get on auto delivery list even though you have prebuy and have over $1,000 credit. I ran out of propane since you cant call if its over 35%, an ice storm was coming and we were going to be gone from the house during the time it would get below this threshold. We got back to an empty tank and they want to charge me $75 to check for leaks. That if you run it to 0% they will charge you every time.
