Cannot get ahold of anyone for weeks. UPDATE Since reopening the local location, things have gotten better. I was able to order propane and get my tank filled within a week during the cold spell we had. I’ll add stars as I experience good service. I am cautiously optimistic.
We have been calling you for over a month now. We keep getting lied to. We were told each time you would call us back and weve never recieved a call back.
Been a Heet Gas customer since 1979. Always got great service. Called Pinnacle 5 or 6 times the last 2 weeks and no one returns calls and my tank still hasn't been filled. Even left messages on Cody Pecks "Emergency" number twice, no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have been doing business with this Heet Gas location for more than 20 years. They have provide excellent service the entire time. I highly recommend them.
