I have been waiting for a refund of my deceased father's deposit for more than nine months, despite submission of all the required documents. Numerous phone calls and emails have not helped. I have been told that it has been sent to me several times but I have received nothing. When "mailing" - for some mysterious reason - hasn't worked times three, I suggested an electronic transfer to the estate's bank account but was told they "couldn't do that."
