Stopped in today 5/27/26 to get an RV Propane tank filled. The sign on the door says tank fill station not working. I went in and the gal was a bit perturbed when I asked when will it be fixed. She told me its been out of order for over a year. I went a block down to Zollickers and was filled and gone in 8 minutes.
No place to give zero stars.. pinnacle propane sucks.. you have a contract and credit propane already bought and payed for and can't get anyone one the phone.. tell you to use the website or app to make a order and that doesn't work either... be told order will be taking care of show up on Monday still no propane a week and half later.. Do not use pinnacle propane... there service sucks.. I was also told as a valued customer with contract I would be on a automatic fill .. that hasn't happened..

They replaced my regulator in November one year - I came down in January- all my pipes froze and they wouldn’t do anything about it —- absolutely Horrible Company Service!!!!!
