I’ve been calling for 2 days and cannot get anyone to answer. Does anyone work here?? So far today I’m on hold for an hour and a half.

Ever since United Propane in Bridgeport became pinnacle, it has gone downhill. They seem to be closed more often than they are open. Even though the location is quite convenient, the lack of service makes it difficult to keep going back. The lone bright spot is when you get lucky and find them open, they are nice to deal with.

Absolutely horrible. I called now 8 days ago to get my propane tank filled… have been told 3 different times that it’s going to be delivered on a specific day, and it has yet to come. I was told again yesterday (the 3rd) that it was coming today (the 4th). I had a feeling they still weren’t going to come, so I called to confirm that it was coming, and I was told by another person that it is now scheduled for the 6th (which makes it 10 days since I called)!
