Haidar was my pool maintenance tech. The most pleasant and detailed person ever. So happy with pinnacle and the tech.
I never left a review of my experience with pinnacle pools. Came to my home for a routine cleaning, used my personal pool cleaning equipment and instead of using a soft bristle brush to clean the sides of the pool, the employee took my deck brush, which is quite hard and rough to scrub the side of the pool, causing hole damage. Pool was green after they opened and treated pool. Multiple issues with pump from how it was hooked up. Then pool busted open and they wouldn’t provide any help.
Pinnacle Pools did a complete renovation of our plaster pool that included extensive demo, new plaster, coping, and tile. They did a great job of dealing with the challenges inherent to the job, on budget and within the agreed upon timeframe. Bruce really cares about the quality of work that he provides and it shows. He is very honest, extremely knowledgeable, and a real stand up guy. We would highly recommend Pinnacle Pools for any of your pool needs.
We used to think that the company we hired to open our pool were doing an adequate job, until Pinnacle opened our pool these last two years. Having guys that actually know how to open a pool the right way (and close it), has been a blessing. Thanks, guys!!
