Pinnacle Pool Management provides the best pool service by far in the Triangle. I have worked with Michael James since 2010 before he opened his own company in 2021. He has provided nothing but the most professional, honest, reliable service. I would have him manage all of my HOA pools if I could.
Pinnacle Pools has been the company maintaining our community pool for years. They are priced well and go above and beyond. They are very responsive, have provided services beyond expectations - like finding vendors for resurfacing - and proactive. We have gone through a few community management companies, but have kept the same pool servicing company every time. They will not disappoint!
