Friendly professional service. Very efficient. Highly recommend.
Called because kitchen sink clogged they sent someone out right away which is only reason for 2 stars. "unclogged" using auger. Clogged again two weeks later because clearly it was still clogged downstream. Called had someone come back out, charged me more for the second service did the exact same thing, but recommended I buy some industrial grade drain unclog off amazon... Save yourself time & headache, either figure it out yourself or pay a different company.
I highly recommend Pinnacle Plumbing. Skilled and friendly professionals. Todd arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem (recommending the best and least expensive solution), and let us meet and greet Charlie, his super cute new puppy-work partner, who was waiting quietly in the van; a few days later, Jeremy showed up, also as scheduled, with the required part and to do the repair. We are grateful Pinnacle was readily available and plan to use them for future plumbing needs.
I asked for a estimate on how much it would cost to fix something and they sent me a $146 bill. I called at the end of November to talk to someone to explain why there was a bill. However, no one called me back. Just be sure to clarify what is considered a "free" estimate. Nothing new was discovered I didn't already know about. I am assuming that is what I was billed for? We bought an older home about a month ago and there were several issues with the drain lines. Bennett fixed us up very quickly, and we are very pleased with his work and the rates. Todd fit us into the schedule very quickly as well, which was much appreciated! Their rates are very reasonable as well! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
