We called Pinnacle and they got us an appointment within two days. Pleasant office staff to start. Pinnacle sent over a fantastic tech, Alex to resolve our issues. He was courteous, explained everything and spent a great amount of time resolving an ongoing issue that another company botched majorly. We will highly recommend Pinnacles services and also use them again at our home, café and lounge and commercial property.
Very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. I made an appointment with Charlie and took a day out of work but he never showed up. No call no show. I called multiple times he finally texted me hours after our appointment and told me that his other appointment ran late. He told me that he would make me a priority to reschedule and he never responded to my texts or calls after that. Weeks have gone by and I still haven’t heard back from him. Unreliable and unresponsive.
Charlie and his crew came by my house to work on installing a new boiler. They did an excellent job. They have done multiple jobs already for us. I highly recommend them. I will be calling them again in the future.
Very dishonest and unprofessional!! They just disappeared after promising that they were going to do the job. They don't care about professionalism, your family situation or your life. If somebody else pays more they just stop replying your messages.
Great installation! Really happy with Charlie's work. Fantastic work all around. UPDATE: My system had a component fail about a year later, and Charlie swung by the next day and fixed it at no cost to me! Really happy with this level of service.
