I needed a new boiler and knew it wouldn't be easy at this time of the year but Hish was there as soon as humanly possible to take out the old one and replace the whole system with something more in line with the 21st century. The results are amazing. Quiet ( I keep looking to see if it's really there). Warm even temperature throughout the apartment. And I'm in charge, at the press of a button on my phone. I'm over the moon. Thanks Hish and thanks to Paul. You've made my Christmas!
Hish came on short notice and did an amazing job fixing my boiler! He was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The repair was quick, and he explained everything clearly. —highly recommended!
Pinnacle came to fix a leak on the boiler. Hish was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. When i mentioned a separate fault he was able to diagnose it off the top of his head and rather than tell me i needed a new part, he simply cleaned and unblocked it which worked and saved me money. On the subject of money - i mentioned how many unexpected bills i've had right before Christmas and Pinnacle even offered to help me out by waiting for their payment after the New Year!
