I called and set up an appointment to fix a leak. Plumber never showed up. I was left with a leaking pipe for a day.
I had a pipe burst in my basement so it was an emergency. He called me back right away. Since the water was shut off he scheduled me early the next morning and showed up right on time. The leak was repaired quickly and his charge was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone.
I don't believe they exist. Couldn't get a hold of them after calling a few times within a few days.
These guys demonstrated extreme care and effort on our 50 year old plumbing main that had sprung a leak. They were honest and upfront about costs and concerns and delivered a price well below the competition. . When the work took longer than expected they honored their original quote even though they probably lost money on this job. That speaks volumes to the character of their owner. Best encounter with a plumber in my life.
