Sy and his assistant, Aiden, not only solved my plumbing issues, they did it in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. They patiently answered every question I had and answered them comprehensively. They also demonstrated respect for my home and property. I have no doubt that I'll be calling them first whenever I have a plumbing need.

Sy Williams from Pinnacle Plumbing came by when we had an upstairs toilet that suddenly leaked until we turned water off. He diagnosed that an old seal had failed. He replaced the seal, removed an even older seal on bottom, and added silicone. He then augured it as there was also a blockage. Everything is perfect now. He also gave me a quick advice about our downstairs shower faucets that could be repaired at a later date without taking out part of the wall. I will schedule that later. Aiden and Sy did a great job installing gas line for our generator. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Raul and Danyelle coordinated the work to make sure it was done properly and timely. We are very happy we chose Pinnacle Plumbing!!
