Rhys came to repair a damaged mains stopcock which had seized. On inspection it was old steel pipe but Rhys resolved the problem removed old plumbing and the new plumbing is so much more efficient and space saving They were very good in leaving premises clean and during the replacement it was discovered that although I had a meter fitted Rhys explained I was on a dual feed as once water turned off my neighbours water stopped as well Welsh water have just been and confirmed I was being charged for my neighbours use as well ... read more
