I received a dermatological referral to Pinnacle from my PCP on 06/11/26. I was informed that Pinnacle would call with an appointment date. On 07/02/26 after not receiving said call I texted an inquiry asking if I had missed a call? I was informed that a voice message was left, which requested me to give my undercutting days
This office in Beaufort is SO unprofessional. The waiting room looks like garage sale furniture. The sign in tablets are filthy with fingerprints. When I have had previous appointments for skin cancer reviews, the staff was cold and not very thorough. I always walked away not feeling confident about the analysis. Today, because of traffic, I was turned away because I was 11 minutes late! Regina Day was thorough and kind. Pinnacle has taken care of several skin cancers for me and they do a great job!
