I had a great experience living at Pinnacle Place, 600 Caldwell Drive, Apartment B, from January 2023 through November 2025. During my entire time there, I never had any issues with the apartment, only a few weeks before I was scheduled to leave. But, the new property manager, Christy, has been awesome and very professional, approachable, and reliable. I’ve really enjoyed living at Pinnacle Place Apartments. The apartments are nice, well kept, and comfortable, and the community is generally quiet and pleasant. Kristy, the manager, is great to work with. She’s friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which makes living here a lot easier. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m happy with my place here.
I would recommend anyone for Pinnacle Place that is looking to move into a budget friendly place. I have been here for a little over 6 months and the office is very attentive. I have had a couple maintenance issues and the apartment manager Kristy was wonderful about getting it taken care of in a timely manner. The rent is very affordable for a single family within the Augusta/ Hephzibah area.
