These people are the worst. They lie about everything as if we don't have proof. Going to court soon. Can't even get my belongings out in peace. Just know I have proof. Something has to be done about Pinnacle Place!!
I really don't know where to begin with this place. From the start it's been little to no assistance from staff except the one maintenance guy and he's being spread thin with all the issues in most of the units. There are bugs and roaches which property management did not pay pest control to come out to treat units. I've been lied to when I renewed my lease saying that they would upgrade fixtures and shampoo my carpet only for it not to happen. This place is horrible. The appliances are outdated and barely function. The counter tops and cabinets are damaged and not fully functional. majority of the windows don’t work and the screens need replaced. The bugs are awful and they make you pay for pest control that you don’t receive. When you go to the office the property manager don’t care at all about your concerns.
