August 15, 2025 I went for a massage today from Carolina Ward who works for Pinnacle Physical Therapy. The type of massage I had is called a sports massage and it concentrates on a specific area of the body. Carolina did a fantastic job! She has given me so much relief from my piriformis syndrome, I can’t thank her enough. Carolina listened intently to me as I explained my many symptoms. She educated me as she performed her 90 minute massage as only an experienced physical therapist could. She gave me relief that very day! I... read more
After experiencing some muscle soreness and cramps from recent bike rides, I wanted to get help to loosen muscles. I booked an appointment with Carolina Ward for a 60 minute relaxation massage. I've made steady progress and hope to be back on the golf course soon. When Brian was out on vacation, h... read more
I was experiencing pain in my hip for over a month before I finally decided to give physical therapy a try. As someone who exercises and lifts weights multiple times a week, I wanted & needed this to be resolved asap. Since I had never seen a physical therapist before, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Steve was very welcoming. He was very thorough in his assessment of analyzing where I was experiencing pain and what specific movements hurt or were neutral. After the first session, he provided me with some exercises to ... read more
My son was not able to play soccer to the best of his abilities because one of knees felt "lose". Sometimes, he had to be benched because of the pain. He tried wearing a knee brace for a while, but it was just a momentary fix. On our first visit Dr. Brian spent a good time talking to him, and his diagnosis was spot on. Dr. Brian treated him at the office for a few weeks, spending all the time required for my son to understand his specific problem. He gave him an easy-to-follow workout plan that he could do at home and correc... read more
