We strive to create a comfortable environment, ease your fears, and talk you through the process of physical therapy. We will explain how we plan to help you recover and the purpose of each treatment. We will design a treatment approach specifically for YOU and your situation, not a pre-formed book of exercises. Our goal is for you to not only improve quickly but to be extremely satisfied with your experience along the way, even smile and laugh a little in the process.

My daughter and I both went to Pinnacle for our shoulders. I had surgery and my daughter had a gymnastics injury. David and his staff are amazing. In both instances, the staff created a solid rehab plan and led us through incremental improvements throughout the process. My daughter and I are both back to our normal activities. I highly recommend Pinnacle.

My daughter tore her ACL and we were referred to Pinnacle PT. We HIGHLY recommend these wonderful loving, caring, very knowledgeable and helpful people. The PT and assistants work with you all the time and watch you closely to make sure you are doing exercises correctly. The whole staff is awesome and they truly, truly love and care for you. My daughter was there for 4 months and improved so quickly with their expert help and her doing the exercises they told her to do at home. Words cannot express how much we love these people and how much they helped our precious daughter. It's the Best Physical Therapy place that I have ever been to and will only go to them if we ever need them again. They are truly FAMILY to us!

I was referred here by a family friend after my son dislocated his shoulder. This was his first injury and was scared. The therapist talked with both of us and made him feel at home. He did very well with his exercises and was released fairly quickly. Great to work with!

They are kind, caring, and very patient!! Highly recommended for anyone needing physical therapy with tender loving care!! I went after knee replacement and shoulder replacement!! I progressed very fast in my rehabilitation!! Great place with great people!!!!! Thank you Dave and your staff!!

Amazing facility! Great people, Great therapy, Great atmosphere. Everyone is upbeat, the individual attention is amazing and my results have never been less than stellar. They are my "go to"place for rehab. It's a wonderful Christian atmosphere. Dave Brown takes EVERYTHING into consideration when working to restore function and mobility. He sets goals, adjusts as needed and makes you feel like you can accomplish anything. He knows when to push you and when to slow down. When I went for a follow up visit to my surgeon, he was amazed at how well I was progressing. He mentioned that everyone he's seen that goes to Pinnacle Physical Therapy does better than patients that go elsewhere. I'll never go anywhere else.
