I got the Pinnacle Pharmacy plus for a family member because other services were unreliable and didn't care to do tasks they were there for.. The stress that Deryn and her team have relieved from myself and my family has no words. Having someone who is competent, comes regularly, understands that life happens and adjusts the scheduling, and are genuinely concerned about the health and well-being of a family member is a rare find these days.
Being part of Pinnacle Pharmacy drop off program/daily deliveries was a blessing.The staff was always happy friendly outgoing supportive and understanding.Our home and property is not an easy find and weather conditions make the roads difficult to navigate for some,despite road and weather conditions deliveries always happened as scheduled. I recently had the best experience at Pinnacle Pharmacy and wanted to share. I booked a consultation and had an hour and a half meeting with Deryn Edgett, who was the most knowledgeable and engaged pharmacist I have ever encountered. I never felt rushed or anxious as Deryn walked me through all my medications and explained how they work, as well as what interactions they might have with over the counter medications, such as Advil or Tylenol. Wonderful pharmacy with very knowledgeable, kind and supportive owners and staff.
Not thrilled that I feel I "have" to use their services, when I already have my own trusted pharmacist in my own town.
