Had an accident with our girl Kali that led to her needing surgery on her back leg. Regardless of how busy and booked they were they made sure to provide her with the appropriate care and got her into surgery the next day. I can’t fathom how much I appreciate Dr. Fraley for going above and beyond for us and performing the best of work on her.
Just moved to the Morgantown area from Bruceton Mills and my GSD was having female problems. A friend of mine recommended Pinnacle. So I tried calling, the first time it sounded like they picked up the phone and immediately hung up again. The second time I called and talked with I think a receptionist, briefly gave them my dog’s symptoms, she put me on hold so she could consult with the Doctor, after about 5 minutes, it sounded like someone was coming back on the line and the phone went dead and I was disconnected again!! Edit* Ayla just had an excellent appointment including the recheck and xray Pinnical was unable to provide. Had zero issues going with staff that actually took a few moments to let her adjust. Zero issues in the back and able to actually settle and rest in the waiting room instead of being on edge. Ayla never had any other issues with vets, until our last appointment at this location Not great for dogs in training or with the start of behavioral issues, otherwise I've had amazing care at this practice but am no longer welcom... read more
Not great for dogs in training or with the start of behavioral issues, otherwise I've had amazing care at this practice but am no longer welcomed back after my dog was pushed over threshold and had to leave.... 10 min in the back shouldn't cause this level of stress Hillcrest offers excellent fear free vet care and bluepearl in Washington PA has been excellent for us through this injury.
