I freaked out when I saw a snake in my garage. I called Pinnacle. Michael, who responded to my call was very very helpful and caring and concerned. He helped me through it and came out and got rid of the copperhead in my garage fairly quickly. He took it to set it free in the woods out in Ridgeland. I highly recommend their service.
