We had bats decide to set up housekeeping the our soffit of our home. Michael and Grayson waited until the bat babies were grown and placed a one way net to allow them to find a new home. They were prompt and prepared! Thank you for everything!
If I could give a rating it would be unmatched, from the customer service we received from Mrs. Mike during our initial phone call to the quality of service we received for Mr. Mike him self. Mike and his team are absolute professionals in communication and delivery. I had a squirrel attic issue that another franchised company couldn’t figure out. I freaked out when I saw a snake in my garage. I called Pinnacle. Michael, who responded to my call was very very helpful and caring and concerned. He helped me through it and came out and got rid of the copperhead in my garage fairly quickly. He took it to set it free in the woods out in Ridgeland. I highly recommend their service.
