Had a rat problem in my attic and garage and heard scratching at all hours of the night. Called up Pinnacle and they sent out an inspector who found some openings around the exterior. They set some traps to get the rats out and they sealed everything up. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with similar issues.
They were so easy to work with. They are doing a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them. Each time I've called, a person actually answers the phone. What a concept!!
Not good. The guy was so late we had to cancel. Not sure about rescheduling. Probably not. No apologies & no call from Pinnacle. Zero on customer service.

I was called within a few hours by Wendy, she took control of the conversation by providing answers to questions I had as well as not providing excuses. Wendy was solution driven and listened. A great pest management company that I've used in several different locations.Our family has owned and managed commercial property for the last 9 years and have not found a pest control provider like them.
