They were so easy to work with. They are doing a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them. Each time I've called, a person actually answers the phone. What a concept!!
Not good. The guy was so late we had to cancel. Not sure about rescheduling. Probably not. No apologies & no call from Pinnacle. Zero on customer service.
UPDATE!!! Adjusting my 2 star rating to a 4 star. I was called within a few hours by Wendy, she took control of the conversation by providing answers to questions I had as well as not providing excuses. Wendy was solution driven and listened. A great pest management company that I've used in several different locations.Our family has owned and managed commercial property for the last 9 years and have not found a pest control provider like them. Fast, efficient and they promptly reply back to phone calls and EMAILS. Exceptional service from scheduling, consultation and serving with the techs.
Literally the easiest company to work with! I have used them for 3 years now! Home infested moving in, not a problem after their treatment. I use them for quarterly service now. The staff are so incredibly kind and professional! It comes from the top! From the person receiving the call to schedule the appointment to the technician ... all are amazing and really try to help!
