I am not sure what to even say. My loose ends aren't tied up with this Dr's office so I was hesitant to leave a review already. Dr. is knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know (which was heartbreaking news) and wasn't really sensitive about it, kind of had that "I see this everyday, who cares personality" but that's not even it. The front desk people make me want to go to the top of a mountain and scream. It's been a nightmare to try to get insurance issues and reimbursement taken care of. How my husband and I were handled this morning was not OK. Doctor didn’t meet with us, ultrasound technician said our child was growing OK, but then they had the front desk staff tell us on our way out that the doctor wanted to see us again for a Doppler ultrasound. No explanation given, so we had to google what a Doppler ultrasound even is and why the doctor might want this. My husband and I have been worried sick since 9 AM this morning. Dr. Giannina is and excellent doctor , he took very good care of me throughout my whole pregnancy and was very attentive to everything he did. He is highly recommended my husband and I are very thankful for him for all of his help during my pregnancy. Dr.Giannina, takes his time to talk to his patients and give them the time to ask questions as he answers them. So frustrated and completely bummed. We’ve been waiting 3 weeks for our 3D/4D scan so we could see our baby’s face and generally get a better look at him. Doctor was supposed to be the Mack-daddy of baby doctors and wasn’t even there. We spent 10 minutes with the ultrasound tech who went 193729mph thru the images. Never stopped or slowed at any point so we could see him move or get a good look at anything.
