I feel they are honest and very polite, they tore apart my dash and I was worried about rattles or broken parts and they did none of that, I have no rattles and everything looks just like it did when I left it there, I think their prices are very reasonable too..and I now have heat !! I'm greatful for that.. 2 years of freezing my feet off..lol. would definitely recommend this shop and if I need anything I'll go back ..
I had a new engine installed, it took over 2 months. I had oil leaks and wire problems. It used oil the first oil change and afterwards up to one quart every 1000 miles. Engine blows up, Never could get any help threw this hold mess. The only thing I can say is make sure you never buy a engine unless it has nation wide warranty. Do not put money down for a deposit. Worst experience I have ever had. Had new engine installed again from someone else, everything worked fine. No oil leaks. Be careful and call someone else.
