I have used this facility many, many times over the last ten years. It started out great but I think the ownership has changed for the worse. Every time I go there the staff acts indifferent/rude as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money. They are conveniently located but expensive. I have found the instructors helpful but the staff otherwise is intolerable. They will learn that there are other places not that far away that still care a little about their customers.
