Poor quality. They failed to have federal withholding taken for over 3 months for an employee and randomly dropped employees and dependents from an insurance plan without any notification. Major errors that cost employees time and money which makes the business using their services look bad.

Pinnacle is marking my pay check stub as exempt 2. I have told them that I DO NOT have any tax exemptions! I have asked them to fix their mistakes so I DO NOT get in trouble with the IRS!! If Pinnacle does not put the correct information onto my pay check stubs from my W4, I will report them to the BBB, IRS and the FBI for tax fraud!!!

My company uses PWC services for payroll and benefits among other things I am sure. In the last week I have been trying to get answers in regards to the benefits package being offered through Pinnacle (Metlife) and it seems that everyone I've dealt with so far is uninformed or just trying to pawn off their job on their user base. It's sad that they cannot offer answers to what are, IMO, basic questions and instead tell you to call Metlife. This company over paid my employees for several months. Then they said they would refund me only for employees that have resigned. They offered to try to collect the rest of the over payment from my employees. This was their mistake. They don't care about their customers. RUN DON'T WALK!!! Update: I informed my employees of the situation. Now they are quitting. Meanwhile Pinnacle can only say, "We need to talk with our lawyer." They need to do right by their customers and the employees they are responsible for paying.
