Horrible 2 Promises and promises and lie's.. this is what you get from these people, I've been trying to cash out my retirement from my ex-employer Tomlinson and Assoc. and the way they lie and mislead you, I would think they are part owners. Horrible Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Apparently, they have more business than they need or they only care about schmoozing companies who pay for their services and not actual employees who have to deal with them.
I asked for my paperwork for heart ship becouse I was loosening my house then the aird club decided to fire me so they say I'm not eligible for heart ship anymore and no one will work with me or tell me the steps I could or need to take to try and see what I can do about geting me and my family out of the homeless shelter.and every time it call and talk with a certain person that works here at the pinnacle pension she is nothing but rude and disrespectful to me to were it almost puts me into tears and has nothing nice to say... read more
Flex spending account My employer uses this company for our medical flex spending accounts. What company has a website that can only be accessed with a password. All I want is an address!
I am no longer with my former company and I filled out the proper forms to have my retirement money sent to me so I could open an IRA with my bank. That was 4 months ago and still no check! I have called multiple times and they just keep giving me a later date. I wonder what the real problem is...
Distribution I am no longer with my former employer and I requested my money so I could deposit into my IRA at my bank. That was 4 months ago and still no money! I filled out the requested forms and mailed them back right away. I have called them multiple times and they just keep telling me they will send a check as soon as they can. I am so frustrated and wonder what the real problem is.
