The experience at Pinnacle is beyond great! Dr. Shaw and staff are always warm and friendly. Although very contemporary the environment is very family oriented. The service is exceptional. My son had a surgical procedure in office. They were excellent at relieving his fears as well as mine. I’m comforted in knowing my son is receiving the best care in Texas.
Best Pediatric Dentistry Dr. Shaw and all her staff are the best dentist office I have ever been. They take care of every detail, Dr. Shaw is wonderful with children. My daughter needed an extraction and they schedule the appointment and procedure the same day. I am very pleased with the service and the uttermost care of Dr. Shaw. Dr. Shaw personal follow up and office costumer service is the best.
Dr.Shaw and staffs are wonderful, including Gail. They are very patient, kind and couteous. My son was having a tooth ache and Gail and staffs worked me in ASAP. People, there is always two sides to a story. Do not believe the negative things you read. If you want to know the truth about Pinnacle Pediatric Dentistry, just call and schedule a vist with Gail or Jowana. They are very nice people.......
HORRIBLE. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE MANAGER GAYLE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!
Liked her a lot. The only negative I have is the price. It was $814.00 for two cavities (yes almost $1000 - for two cavities). My insurance company must have had a field day laughing at the ridiculous cost they charged as they cut their check for $120 and I got the rest of the bill. Just be prepared for a cost about 3x higher than any other dentist so you can budget accordingly.
I'm not sure what kind of expectations Claudia G. has of a pediatric dentist, but let me tell you something...clearly she hasn't been out there much. We LOVED Dr. Shaw and would recommend her to anyone without hesititation. I have 3 boys ages 4,5,&6 and they are, to say the least, a force to be reckoned with especially when they're all together. it is sad to read all the information that is on the webpage of this business, i took my child, and the Doctor had no patience, she tried to keep her down by pushing her body weight on my daughter's shoulder and didnt take the time to calm her down or use other means of sedation, she traumatized my daughter, please dont go, the dentist should not be a painful or traumatic experience....HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE, Im still crying, she is dominating, and imponent, should not be in pediatrics at all...
