This place quite literally saved my life. Beautiful facility and fantastic counselors and therapists and doctors. They made detox as comfortable as possible, and I chose to do residential and actually enjoyed myself. It was kind of like a vacation. In any business there’s bad, good, and great employees. Run for your life!! Tried to admit my adult daughter and Jacob and Connor said she needed a psych clearance so we admitted her to Banner Behavioral and were told there is nothing mentally wrong…we contacted Pinacle after receiving clearance and they refused to admit her with no reason given. Jacob was completely incompetent and I feel blessed we did not waste our time with Pinacle because they clearly do not care and are very poorly managed
This beautiful oasis of a place is so so loving and caring. The staff especially is what is the most outstanding. Super professional but in a very loving and caring understanding way. Besides that so many perks like endless snacks and drinks through the day and night 24/7 and they got the good snacks from the top shelf not the dollar tree.
